This heavy duty steel dispenser was designed by BBQ Gourmet to store and cut their best-selling peach paper. Also known as butchers’ paper, peach paper is used by professional pitmasters and amateur chefs to wrap their meat once it's cooked. The porous paper allows the meat to rest without losing those all-important juices or that ‘just barbecued’ flavour.
The powder-coated steel dispenser is designed to store their 750mm peach paper rolls. Stored on your counter or mounted on a wall, it allows you to easily tear off the required amount of paper using one hand. The dispenser has rubber feet to keep it stable and prevent it from scratching your surfaces. It also features dowel holders and knife arms that lock into an open position so you can easily change your rolls.
